I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Mental Health (LADC-MH).  I specialize in working with adults impacted by substance use, trauma, and domestic violence, including individuals seeking recovery, survivors of abuse, individuals working to change harmful behaviors and build accountability, and family members affected by a loved one’s substance use or harmful behaviors.  My approach integrates trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and harm reduction.  I am passionate about creating a space where healing, recovery, and accountability can coexist while helping individuals build healthier relationships, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
